Cauliflower “pasta” dish

1 Can Pasta Sauce
4 Ounce Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1. Cut cauliflower into small pieces and steam until soft.
2. Drain if needed, top with pasta sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese (or we sometimes use parmesan reggiano from a good cheese store).
3. You can serve cooked hamburger along with this if you want to make it like traditional spaghetti dish. Or serve with chicken on the side.
4. You will be amazed on how this tastes like spaghetti without all the carbs, and how fast and easy it is to prepare.
