2 avocado
1 Fresh Lime, juice
2 Tablespoon cilantro
1/2 red onion
1 garlic
2 tomato
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper


Cut avocados in half. Discard pit and scoop flesh into bowl. Place all ingredients in medium bowl and mix until just combined. Don’t over-mix.

Serve with Organic Chips or serve with tacos, or quesadillas.
