Homemade Fresh Salsa
Prep Time: 1-10 Minutes
Number of Servings: 4
2 Tablespoon cilantro
1/2 Onion (red, yellow, white)
2 Teaspoon salt
1. Cut tomatoes up in big chunks, process roughly in your food processor.
2. Empty into a mixing bowl.
3. Put cilantro, garlic, onion and salt next in the food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
4. Add to the mixing bowl with the tomatoes.
5. Mix and taste to see if you need more salt.
6. Serve and Enjoy with tacos or chips!
