2 garlic
2 Can Chickpeas
1/3 Cup Tahini
1/4 Cup olive oil
3 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 vegetables of your choice


1. Put the garlic cloves in a food processor and process until garlic is minced.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until it is pureed.
3. Taste for seasoning and serve with vegetable of your choice.
